• With your consent, contact you for future opportunities
• Comply with legal obligations regarding recruitment records
Legal Basis
We process your data based on:
• Your explicit consent given when applying
• Pre-contractual measures at your request
• Legal obligations regarding recruitment documentation
Retention Period
Your data is retained:
• For rejected applications: 6 months from process completion
• With consent for future opportunities: up to 24 months
• For hired candidates: according to HR policy for employees
CVs are stored securely and automatically deleted after the retention period expires.

You have the right to:
• Access the data we hold about you
• Rectify inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data (withdraw application)
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP
